Black Tea BOP – Indonesia

This Indonesian BOP is an Orthodox Black Tea. Small, broken leaf particles with a dark brown to black color; consistent and slightly curly due to the orthodox process. Smooth, medium-strong liquor with malty and woody notes. Mild astringency with hints of spice and dried fruit. Well-balanced and versatile. Warm, slightly sweet with woody and toasty undertones. Bright coppery red. Great on its own or with a splash of milk. Suitable for both hot and iced tea preparations.
